Get Involved
There are lots of ways to get involved with the Sustainability Commission, including:
- Applying for a position on the Sustainability Committee (applications usually come out in April)
- Volunteering for one of our many subcommittees (Bikes, Community Garden, Environment Week, Environmental Fashion Show, Caffiends)
- Residence students can act as a link between the committee and other students by applying to become green reps
- Attending any and all of our events, which are usually publicized here, around campus, on our Facebook page, or through the VUSAC listserv
- Reading and commenting on our blog
- Submitting a guest blog on an environmental topic of your choice
- Checking out our Facebook page and replying to open questions
- Attending open meetings
- Making suggestions of what we should be doing to sustainability@vusac.ca
